MySchoolBucks Prepayment Program

The goal of the Harrison School District is to provide student access to nutritious and low-costing meals each school day and to ensure that a student whose parent/guardian has unpaid school meal fees is not shamed or treated differently than a student whose parent/guardian does not have unpaid meal fees.

The Harrison Central School District has partnered with "MySchoolBucks.com" to allow parents to:

  • View purchase history

  • Check account balances

  • Sign up for email notifications when balances get low.

These benefits are available regardless of whether payment is made electronically through their website or by check at the school.

Payments can be made electronically via credit card or PayPal. MySchoolBucks.com charges a convenience fee of $2.49 for each time a payment is made electronically.

Payments can be made at no charge to the child's account at the child's school cafeteria. Please note that one check must be written per school. If payment is made to the school cafeteria, please note that the check should be made out to Harrison Central School District.

  • Include the child's name on the check

  • Include the child's account number

If you have any further questions, or need your child(ren)'s ID numbers, please contact Food Service Director, Christine Clementz at 914-630-3114.

Please visit MySchoolBucks.com to register and access your account(s).

If your child's MySchoolBucks account reaches a low balance, if you have signed up to receive automatic notifications, you will receive an email or be contacted with instructions for adding money to his/her account.  Students will not be made aware of these low balances.  If a student does not have sufficient funds to purchase a meal, he/she will be provided with a meal consistent with the provisions of this policy.  However, the charging of items outside of the standard reimbursable meal (i.e., a la carte items, adult meals, etc.) is expressly prohibited.

Please be aware that if you choose to use E-check payments rather than a credit card to fund your child's account, e-checks can take up to one week to clear and post to your child's account.  If you have a problem establishing an account using MySchoolBucks, please contact them by phone at 855-832-5226 or email at support@myschoolbucks.com

If you are having problems after you entered your credit card information, please contact Pay Pal at either 402-935-2050 or 888-221-1161 for payment issues.   Click here for an important disclaimer about the MySchoolBucks program.
